It was 60 degrees one day.
Snowing the next.
That’s this time of year in the Midwest.
Unpredictable. In-between. Not fully one thing or the other.
And if I’m honest, I’m looking forward to the season changing for good.
But weather has a way of reminding you — change doesn’t happen instantly. It shifts gradually.
A warm day here.
A cold front next week.
A heatwave a few months from now.
Life feels like that sometimes.
Business.
Health.
Mindset.
Faith.
Family.
You catch glimpses of the next season before it fully arrives.
A little progress.
A little clarity.
A little fortitude.
Then a strong cold wind blows back in.
Cold days don’t stop the season from turning.
Spring doesn’t arrive in one dramatic moment.
It inches forward.
I’ve learned growth does too.
