Those of us who grew up with the internet remember fondly the good old days when social media was in its infancy, when blogging platforms felt human, and when big tech companies hadn’t yet degraded our favorite sites.

For years, I dreamt of creating a blogging platform that’s easy to use and inspires free expression. One that stays out of the way, and lets me publish what’s on my mind, naturally, and connect with others around shared interests. All without the noise, bloat, and ads that plague mainstream platforms. Something that resembles how social media used to be back in the 2000s; simpler, focused, authentic.

You see, I’m building tid for you and me. Think of it as a social blogging platform with heart. Built for humans by a human who wants to see the web achieve its greatest potential, as a positive community that uplifts and gives a voice to everyone.

So what makes tid different from other blogging platforms?
